We trusted her advices, barely 10 days after my initial call, on Aug 10 we received multiple offers. I think how to delicately handle the multiple offer situation is when sellers could use the experience of a good realtor most, we didn't jump into taking the 1st offer which was already over our asking, two more offers came in 2 hours before the irrevocable time of the first offer. Sylvia came to our house and helped us select the offers. Before this, I always thought selling privately should not be too difficult, from this positive experience with Sylvia I finally realized the saying in my culture, "Crossing professions is not easier than crossing the Himalayas".
